Marblanc Solar was founded in 2022 by qualified electrician Adam Millington in Marbella.
The company grew rapidly in its first year, driven by a demand for expert solar installers on the Costa del Sol. Through word of mouth, Adam began receiving calls from both homeowners and some of Spain’s best-known solar companies to fulfil their installations. He soon switched to focusing only on Marblanc Solar clients to maintain high-quality after-sales care.
In 2024, certified civil engineer Roman Mitchell joined as co-owner of Marblanc Solar. The combination of Adam’s rigorous installation quality control and Roman’s innovative approach to system design – based on a detailed, free solar survey – proved to be a winning formula.
By the end of 2025, Marblanc Solar had become the top-rated solar installer in Marbella, with more than 100 five-star reviews on Google and Facebook. We then expanded to the Costa Blanca with the opening of our office in Javea.

Every Member of Our Team is Highly Qualified
At Marblanc Solar, qualifications aren’t a marketing claim — they’re a minimum requirement.
Co-owner Adam Millington is a qualified electrician with a Masters in Sustainable Electrical Energy Systems. Co-owner Roman Mitchell is a certified survey engineer. Our survey engineers — Alan Manning and Miguel Ángel Ruiz Zapardiel — are both qualified electricians. Project Manager John Bradley holds a QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft in Electrical from the Technological University Dublin, and oversees the commissioning of every system we install.
All electrical work and system commissioning at Marblanc Solar is carried out by a qualified electrician.

A qualified electrician or survey engineer visits your property, conducts a precision drone scan of your roof, checks your intake, and analyses your actual electricity usage. There’s also a thorough Q&A process.

We Build Your Proposals
Your survey engineer models your roof geometry, shading, orientation, and seasonal solar variation using the world’s leading solar design software. We size the system to hit your savings targets, determine the optimal panel layout, and produce a fully itemised proposal.

Proposal Presentation
Your survey engineer contacts you within 48 hours for a second site visit to present the proposal. You can ask for instant adjustments on the spot: adding or removing panels, switching equipment, modelling a battery. Everything updates in real time.
